How To Exfoliate Naturally

Exfoliation is a process of peeling of dry or dead skin cells from upper layer of your skin and  is one of the most important aspects of your home skincare routine  for face and body. • Put three tablespoon of regular white sugar into a small bowl. Add to it one tablespoon of water. Mix the sugar and water with your finger until it is a slightly thick paste. Use your finger scrub the paste in small upward circular motions over your entire face to remove the dead skin. Continue this process till you have exfoliated the skin of your entire face.

• Use ½ tablespoon of baking soda with ½ table spoon of gentle cleanser, applying medium to light pressure and circular rotations for 1-2 minutes. Dryer skin types can mix ½  tablespoon coconut oil and ½ table spoon baking soda and use 1-2 times per week. 

• Mix ¼ cup  brown sugar, 1/8 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon coco powder and  ¼ tablespoon vanilla extract in a bowl. Lather generously onto clean face, rubbing gently into the skin for 60 seconds. Allow to set on skin for 10 minutes , if desired, then rinse clean with warm water.

• Take ½ cup of uncooked oats, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp nutmeg, 15 drops lavender essential oil and 15 drops of melaleuca essential oil in a bowl. Ingredients are joined together in this simple exfoliating  face scrubs. It may help to reduce breakouts, even skin tones and moisturize.

• Combine ½ cup of fresh blueberries, 2 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon sugar in a small food processor, and blend until smooth. Add a generous layer to clean face, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Rinse clean with warm water.
